LifeWater™ Systems International, Inc. will accept returns within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms and conditions. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact LifeWater™ Systems for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive an authorized return, we will refund 100% of the purchase price. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and paperwork. (This includes all inner and outer shipping cartons.) Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts, or after 30 days will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.

WATER PRODUCTS - Water filtration products or any products that utilize water are not returnable if used. This includes shower filters, water filters, water ionizers, water purifiers, etc.

FILTERS/CARTRIDGES - Replacement parts such as filter media, cartridges, etc., which exhibit normal wear and tear are not returnable. Only new, un-opened replacement filters may be returned.
